Planning to Monitor and Evaluate Your Partnership

This suite of video guides supports partnerships to plan their monitoring and evaluation approach to your HJP.

It is designed for people working in or alongside health justice partnerships who want to think ahead about how they will track progress, understand outcomes, and demonstrate the difference their work is making for organisations and the communities they serve.

The videos focus on practical, achievable ways to design an evaluation and monitoring plan that fits your partnership’s capacity, resources and context.

These materials were originally developed as a course, so you may sometimes see them referred to as “modules.” However, each module stands on its own — you can work through them in any order and at your own pace, without needing to complete them in sequence.
