Welcome to the Partnership Evaluation Program

The Partnership Evaluation Program (PEP) is designed to build the capability of Victorian HJPs to articulate shared intended impact, collaborate on evaluation planning, and make informed decisions about shared outcome measurement across partnering organisations.  

By the end of the program, you will have a shared plan for evaluating your work together and be ready to progress internal evaluation work or brief an evaluation consultant on your partnership’s evaluation needs. You will also have a clear understanding of what is required for effective monitoring and evaluation within the resources you have available for this work.
